Is this a pre-order brand?
Yes. All items are pre-order to ensure quality and intentional production.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery is within 21 business days from order confirmation.
What payment methods are available?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. We will soon be offering online payment.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

How many tickets do I get per order?
Each 500 EGP = 1 ticket to win the giveaway.
Do my tickets get cancelled if I cancel my order?
Yes your tickets are removed with the cancellation of your order.
When will the winner be announced?
The winner will be announced by the end of May.
Is it only one entry?
No. For each 500 EGP you spend, you enter again. The more you purchase, the higher your chances.
Is the winner chosen at random?
Yes, the winner is chosen at random. It will be done live through an automated system where a roller moves and stops at a random name.
How do I know I won?
It will be displayed on our website, instagram and through your email so make sure to stay posted.

- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Returns are accepted while the courier is on your door. No returns are allowed after the courier leaves.
